Meet Jackie Cortez

Hello! I’m Jackie Cortez, currently an extern at Legacy Audiology. I began my journey in the field of audiology after graduating from California State University, Northridge (CSUN) with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2020. I’m now advancing my expertise by working toward a Doctorate in Audiology at CSUN, which I expect to complete in May 2025.

Being a bilingual provider, I’m dedicated to working with individuals of all ages and improving their quality of life in both English and Spanish. When I’m not working, I love exploring Santa Barbara and discovering all the wonderful experiences it has to offer.
