Payment Options

We accept various payment options.

Insurances: We are pleased to say that we are participating providers for most private insurance companies, including Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Health Net, Secure Horizons, United Health Care, Sansum, and TriCare/TriWest. We also accept MediCare and MediCal*.

*We provide services for MediCal and California Children’s Services (CCS), but only if through CenCal Health (Santa Barbara County).

We will, as a courtesy, bill your insurance if you are eligible and have appropriate pre-authorization, if necessary. However, payment for goods and services are inevitably the patient’s financial responsibility if claims are denied or if payment goes toward any deductible. Authorization does not always result or guarantee reimbursement. It is recommended that the patient call the back of their insurance card to determine eligibility, any authorization requirements, and/or potential hearing aid coverage.
